Program Description

SG Management, LLC (a Zaxbys franchisee) sends text messages to its own managers and home office staff through the SG Hub program. Messages are internal work communications only, such as company announcements, schedule and policy updates, urgent operational alerts, sign-in codes, and notices that something in the SG Hub app needs your attention.

This program is for SG Management employees. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not text customers or the public.

How You Opt In

You will only receive texts if you ask for them. Enrollment happens in two steps:

Step 1 — Sign up. You enter your name and cell number on the SG Hub sign-up form and check a box agreeing to receive text messages. The box is not pre-checked.
Step 2 — Confirm. We send one text asking you to reply YES. You are not enrolled until you reply YES.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Most weeks you will receive a few messages; urgent situations may require more. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will get one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can re-enroll later by signing up again.

Privacy

Your phone number is used only to send the messages described above and to let you sign in to SG Hub.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Your number is stored in our internal systems and with our messaging provider only as needed to deliver messages.
You may ask us to delete your number at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.
